Service is mostly OK. The food is not a great effect, but also OK. I'm not a fan of Paulaner beer, so I have to drink Hopf Weisse.

Poor quality and incompetent staff We were on June 24th, 2017 in the Eschenrieder Hof for dinner. Unfortunately we are not all convinced of the quality of the dishes and the competence of the staff. The drama started with the fact that the service staff simply overlooked us and only made the menu available after repeated requests. Well, it can happen even if the restaurant isn't overcrowded. We then ordered 1x "Matjes housewife type" and 2x "Matjes Natur". The Matjes housewife style should be with parsley potatoes and the "nature" with fried potatoes. We were brought in 3x Matje's housewife type, 2x with fried potatoes and 1x with jacket potatoes. When asked the waitress, how far the dishes should differ, she initially had no answer and had to consult with the kitchen. Too bad, a waitress should actually familiarize yourself with their workplace beforehand and be familiar with the menu. A man, presumably the managing director, then explained to us that the parsley was simply forgotten with the parsley potatoes and that the "nature" sauce was accidentally served in the "natural" variant. Well ... it can happen in the heat. We also found that the fish fillet is not fish-free. The process of filleting fish means removing bones from it. In this case, we are not talking about mini-bones which are irrelevant, but disruptive bones. In response we got that the bones of the fillet would be normal and the goods would be delivered and not filleted in-house and that they would not check the delivered goods for quality. The final espresso was not charged as compensation. Thank you very much. We would have preferred a delicious meal. It is simply unprofessional in the hospitality industry to react to the shortcomings with flimsy excuses and to reject obvious shortcomings with unqualified reasons. In this location, the guest is not treated as king according to the label in the catering trade, but is treated with unfriendliness and incompetence. Under these circumstances, we will certainly not visit this location again.
